In the New Issue of Atmospheric Quarterly, "First Blow"

This new quarterly, in its second issue, is again full of bright writing. Thank you, Atmospheric Quarterly, for including my poem among these selections!

This poem was inspired by Valzhyna Mort,

particularly her book, "Music for the Dead and Resurrected".

With gratitude for all the ways her poetry moves me.

Since submission, I've titled this poem First Blow.
